3. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Students should review the course plan before payment.

4. Payment

  • Payments via online gateways or approved methods.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Access to Courses

  • Access is provided for the purchased duration.
  • Students are responsible for internet connectivity.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.

Refund Policy – Zeta Classes Online Platform

This refund policy applies only to the online learning plans offered through zetaclasses.com.

1. Non-Refundable Plans

  • Payments made for One Home One Plan and Basic Plan are strictly non-refundable once the payment is completed.

2. Standard & Premium Plans
Refund requests may be considered for Standard Plan and Premium Plan under the following conditions:

  • The first AED 1000 of the total fee is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance, if any, will be calculated after deducting the value of the learning period already used.

3. Refund Calculation

  • Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, after deducting the non-refundable amount and the value of services already used.

4. Refund Approval

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Zeta Classes management.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

3. Refundable Plans

  • Standard and Premium Plans may be partially refundable.
  • First AED 1000 non-refundable, balance based on unused course duration.

4. How to Cancel

  • Refunds processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Course Changes

  • Plan upgrades possible by paying the difference amount.
  • Refunds adjusted accordingly.
